Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones - Silver

Got the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro during the epic PBTech Samsung event and I am not disappointed.
Pretty much work straight out of the box with samsung phones and I'm super impressed with the noise cancelling function and array of options for setup in the Wear app.
The 2 way speaker option of the pro model makes a difference in my opinion and is worth the extra.
Touch controls are easy to use and there are handy sounds so you can know what you have done without having to check.
Switching between devices like phone and laptop is pretty seamless, even with my work windows laptop!
Good battery life on the buds and the charger box.

The bonus of having the light up stems is a bit of a novelty, but this can be toggled on or off, and is off by default.

I've owned these about a year now and the problems have really become apparent over time. The sound is incredibly good, the on ear controls are very intuitive, and they're comfortable for long periods of time.
However, there are several issues that simply should not exist for earbuds at this price.
-Random disconnects. On occasion (maybe once every week or so), they make a popping noise and stop sending audio. I need to put them in their case and take them out again to make them work again.

-After a year of near-daily use, some parts of the silver colour have scratched off.
I am using these with a Galaxy S25+, so it's not an issue with my phone. I have a super cheap pair of ear buds I use for running that have none of these problems (and connect to my phone faster!). If you're looking for ear buds in this price range, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

What makes this even worse is the returns process. These headphones aren’t checked or replaced on site; instead, they have to be sent away, which means you're left waiting for over a week just to hear back. It’s an absolute hassle.

To make matters worse, I’ve had to pay out of pocket again for a replacement while I wait for the current pair to be dealt with. For the premium price of these headphones, the experience has been nothing short of terrible. They are absolutely not worth the money.

Coming from Airpods Pros these offer way punchier bass and just better overall sound.

ANC is on par with the Airpods and the ambient mode is pretty excellent.

They charge with USB c which is amazing and the lights on the stems are cool and can be customised to select how they behave. Coming from Airpods Pros these offer way punchier bass and just better overall sound.

In the past I have used most of the other Samsung earbuds so was looking for these to be a step up and in short, they lived up to what I wanted. It did take me a few uses to get used to the new touch controls on the stems. This however became not an issue once I got the voice control setup so I could just talk to the earbuds. Took a few goes to get the right ear tips installed but it made the audio quality awesome.
The noise cancelling works well, and while some sounds do leak through it is only a little. My only issue is that with the stems being a triangle, you have to look at what you are doing when putting them back into the case.
