Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones - White

I've owned these about a year now and the problems have really become apparent over time. The sound is incredibly good, the on ear controls are very intuitive, and they're comfortable for long periods of time.
However, there are several issues that simply should not exist for earbuds at this price.
-Random disconnects. On occasion (maybe once every week or so), they make a popping noise and stop sending audio. I need to put them in their case and take them out again to make them work again.
-If you leave the case open when using them, they will connect via the case. -Sometimes only one ear works.
-After a year of near-daily use, some parts of the silver colour have scratched off.
I am using these with a Galaxy S25+, so it's not an issue with my phone. I have a super cheap pair of ear buds I use for running that have none of these problems (and connect to my phone faster!). If you're looking for ear buds in this price range, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Great quality sound, comfortable to wear and stylish.
Paired easily with my phone, so was able to watch movies while in hospital without distracting other patients in the room.

I thought the sound quality was good and the bass was booming, so I was quite pleased and then I started a 7,000 Watt generator and put the buds on the noise cancellation which was awesome. I was only about 40 feet away when I thought the genny had stopped but it was the buds doing their job extremely well. Only downside is the battery life doesn't seem to be that great, but I haven't timed it accurately yet. While I purchased this to use while working I found they just wouldn't fit in my ear and under my headset at the same time. They function really well and sound great. Purchased as a replacement for the galaxy buds 2 pro. Sound quality and comfort exceeds all other in ear buds i've previously owned. New volume and track changing controls are awesome too!
