I am beyond disappointed with these headphones. For a brand that’s considered a major player in the market, this has been an incredibly frustrating and subpar experience. While the sound quality and fit are admittedly good, none of that matters when the product simply doesn’t work as expected.

What makes this even worse is the returns process. These headphones aren’t checked or replaced on site; instead, they have to be sent away, which means you're left waiting for over a week just to hear back. It’s an absolute hassle.

To make matters worse, I’ve had to pay out of pocket again for a replacement while I wait for the current pair to be dealt with. For the premium price of these headphones, the experience has been nothing short of terrible. They are absolutely not worth the money.

I've been using the samsung buds 2 which are a bit rounder and go inside the ear. I enjoyed those because they didn't stick out with a neck. But quality wise, i'd say buds 3 pros are better. Clear sound, amazing noise cancellation. Their adaptive noise feature is amazing and pretty accurate. They are a bit on the expensive side but well, galaxy ecosystem is never cheap. Coming from Airpods Pros these offer way punchier bass and just better overall sound.

ANC is on par with the Airpods and the ambient mode is pretty excellent.

They charge with USB c which is amazing and the lights on the stems are cool and can be customised to select how they behave. Coming from Airpods Pros these offer way punchier bass and just better overall sound.

The ANC on these is surprisingly good - I needed something to block out background noise in an office and these fit the bill. All the background hum and chatter is gone, even with no music playing. The sound quality and battery life is great and these are comfy to wear. Very happy with this purchase. Got the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro during the epic PBTech Samsung event and I am not disappointed.
Pretty much work straight out of the box with samsung phones and I'm super impressed with the noise cancelling function and array of options for setup in the Wear app.
The 2 way speaker option of the pro model makes a difference in my opinion and is worth the extra.
Touch controls are easy to use and there are handy sounds so you can know what you have done without having to check.
Switching between devices like phone and laptop is pretty seamless, even with my work windows laptop!
Good battery life on the buds and the charger box.

The bonus of having the light up stems is a bit of a novelty, but this can be toggled on or off, and is off by default.
