Printing Tips

- Recommended for use with PLA or PETG filament only. Select "Support for PLA/PETG" in the "Support/Raft Interface" settings in your slicer.

- When using tree supports, please avoid using support filament for the "Support/raft base".

- Store the filament in a dry location, and dry at 75°C for 8 hours if brittle or exposed to moisture (see WIKI's Filament drying guide: Filament drying instructions).

Useful when you need support

I've yet to test using PETG as support for PLA, and vice versa. This product provided a useful stopgap for good support filament for a tricky print. It worked well. My biggest issue is Bambu's price of the support filament - it would be good if it was more reasonably priced. It was certainly easy to separate from the object. Another bonus with this filament, was that it came with a high temperature Bambu spool which is good for higher temperature filament drying.
