This is exactly what I was wanting. Works on my PA speakers to allow me to plug another nearby item in off the same extension cord. 2m is also plenty of cable to run up the speaker pole. I have some JBL LSR305 studio speakers, one of which needed a longer cord to stretch across the desk. This cable worked out perfectly, and thanks to the tapon end, I was able to plug the other one into the same socket without any issues.
