About the Tiger I Early Production

The Tiger I Early Production shocked Allied commanders when they were deployed on the Eastern and North African fronts in late-1942. Its 88mm gun and maximum armor thickness of 100mm made it the most powerful tank in the world at the time of its introduction. The Early Production variant was distinguished by features such as its large cylindrical commander's cupola, smoke dischargers, turret pistol port, and air cleaner at the rear of the hull. Approximagely 200 examples were produced until June 1943.

Photo-Etched Parts & Metal Barrel for Precision Details

This model comes with photo-etched parts and a metal gun barrel made by acclaimed Polish aftermarket parts manufacturer Aber®. The photo-etched parts include fine details such as equipment fasteners, periscope, fender attachment parts, and engine grilles. The aluminum gun barrel features a brass muzzle brake, providing the model with a heightened level of precision.
