I checked that this remote was a match for my slightly older Konic TV. It arrived after a slight delay due to stock levels but PB Tech kept me updated. All I had to do was fit batteries and it worked straight away. A relief as my original remote had died after 2 and a half years, outside of warranty. Is still a better option than a universal remote as it has full function that matches my TV so is worth the slightly dearer price tag.I checked that this remote was a match for my slightly older Konic TV. If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
