It doesn't fit the Loctek DLB511. The product heading says "Compatible with all LOCTEK Desk Mount", however it doesn't fit all Locktek desk mount products, e.g. it doesn't fit the Loctek DLB511. It would be good if the product page says which exact model numbers that it fits and for an adaptor to be provided so that it can fit other LOCTEK desk mounts. It doesn't fit the Loctek DLB511. Pros:
+Solid metal construction of the main laptop stand.
+rubber stoppers at the base prevents laptop damage.
+side locks are individually adjustable up and down as well to accomodate differences in laptop ports

Cons:
-the side locks that secure the laptop in place are made of very flimsy plastic which I feel will break very easily (+though part that contacts the laptop is of rubberized to prevent damage)

Mine didn't so had to cut my mount for it to fit.
(Easy though. Took about 1 minute marking and cutting with a grinder. Shouldn't take much longer with a hacksaw)

The line in the product description "Attaches to a standard VESA 100mm mounting bracket" is misleading. It will only attach to a VESA 75mm bracket which additionally has a pair of "open"-style 100mm holes. The attachment mechanism slides into the open 100mm holes, then screws into the 75mm holes. This design appears to work with most Loctek mounts (and some from other brands), but was not compatible with my Colebrook Bosson Saunders Flo monitor arm. Very disappointed - they could have easily designed it to work with all VESA mounts, and they could have more clearly explained that it's not compatible with all VESA brackets. Got two of these for two different laptops and both have been easy to install and setup. I am using it with a Sylex Gladius double monitor arm and it fits nicely. The overall quality is good though the side clips do tend to come off sometimes. The clips hug the laptop quite well so it is sturdy once setup but it also means that you can't close the laptop fully. Does what it says and has helped tidy up the desk and also improved my ergonomics. The angle of it is fixed, so you are reliant on your screen mount being able to tilt forwards/back and/or the screen hinge on your laptop to get it just as you want. I thought the tray would come with a clip onto the stand of any Locktek but it's just the tray itself, you have to screw it on top of an arm. Thought it would be nicer to an additional arm+clip to add to a the stand. Does what it says on the tin. This holds my 15" MBP without issues, which surprised me a little because it doesn't feel that sturdy. The side clips aren't great quality but they get the job done.

It can be a bit annoying to place and remove the laptop, due to those side clips, but it's workable. My only true complaint is that the angle doesn't tilt at all. That means that my MBP doesn't open wide enough for the screen to be vertical while in the stand (it's off by maybe 5-10 degrees). It doesn't bother me that much, hence still 4 stars, but it's objectively not good design. Does what it says on the tin.
