Nice display. Using it for business. Loving the inbuilt dock and speakers, so now my desk looks a whole lot tidier... I made the mistake of purchasing a USB-C cable. The cable didn't work with the monitor (PC kept crashing), but the cable supplied with the screen works fine. Nice display. Using it for business. I did an extensive search on which monitors to buy for development work. Most of the recommended monitors are very expensive except for this LG monitor with an IPS panel. I have been using it for around 3 weeks now, and I must say it's a very decent monitor and totally worth the money spent. I did an extensive search on which monitors to buy for development work. The screen had flickering issues after less than four months of use. Then I waited for almost a month for a replacement.

For the size and price of the monitor with a USB-C hub, I would still recommend this monitor as part of home-office set up. However, a 3 stars for the quality. The screen had flickering issues after less than four months of use. Then I waited for almost a month for a replacement.

Screen works fine and was easy to setup and install. However this is the flattest "curved" screen i've ever seen. Display images make it look much more curved than it is, you can basically lay this screen flat on a surface and it shows no gap where the curve centre point is. Absolutely love it, Had always used 2 monitors at work for a long time and was hesitant to try but now wouldn't go back to 2 monitors. Simple to set up with the supplied USB-C also meant less cabling/clutter. Also easy to use with the various apps like Excel, emails having more space on screen being an added plus. Great value. I have two monitors at work so it was a downgrade on the day's that I had to work from home. With this monitor, I can have multiple windows open side by side without having to constantly shuffle the windows around. It's also really convenient having the monitor act as a docking station (only one lead to plug into my laptop). This monitor is perfect for my workflow. I do music recording and mixing as well as video editing and some photography.
The image is sharp and crisp, the stand is versatile and secure and so far everything has been good. I’m not into gaming but I suspect it would do ok for that. But don’t quote me on
The only thing is I wish it was just a tiny bit more of a punchier image compared with my new MacBook Pro 3 Max. I use both screens and the MacBook looks a little more classy and has more punch. I have always bought Samsung monitors, but had some real bad experience with a warranty claim with my last Samsung monitor therefore decided to change brands to LG. I was very pleasantly surprised. Love the monitor and all he functions. The reading mode is great for working for long hours. My main use case for the monitor is for my home office which it works great for. The stand is great too. The only thing I would wish was if the monitor was more curved then it would be perfect.. possibly 1800R.
