- Insane storage, RAM and overall specs for price
- Battery life is great - have gone from a phone with the same battery capacity (oppo find x5) but am finding this phone is getting double the battery life easily
- Decent cameras
- 3.5mm jack and a universal IR remote built in are well missed features
- Includes a case and pre-installed screen protector film

Cons:
- No wireless charging capability
- No included charger (but thats the same as many these days)
- Cases can be a bit hard to find in store - heaps online and so far I've just used the included case.

I upgraded my Xiaomi redmi note10 to this one and it doesn't disappoint. The camera is really good and the battery lasts a couple of days. Very happy with it. Amazing product with great processor given its price. It is a bit warm on gaming but that's kind of normal. It's a bonus for me to find that it has NFC when the specification says it doesn't. I have had 3 Xiaomi phones and they have all been great value for money and reliable. The latest Redmi 13pro 5G is no exception. It has a very good camera that's is easy to use, great for us proud grandparents to take pictures of our grandkids! The battery lasts days of normal use and the fast charger recharges it in no time. The display screen is very detailed and video clips run smoothly with clear sound quality. Would thoroughly recommend Xiaomi phones and the product support from PB tech. Processor is good enough for all day tasks and battery life is Super! Phone case works great. Bought 67W charger as well and it charges in no time! So helpful when you need to top up which happens rarely. So far very happy! Samsung A55 would probably be a close contender but the Camera is better and charging! 5G cell reception also works (tested on Vodafone/One NZ), which I genuinely wasn't expecting for what seems to be an imported phone. Charging speed is good, it draws about 25W from my charger but I don't have the 67W brick. Probably not going to buy one though as I don't need it.

Software looks and works nicely, with many great features and tricks like double pressing the power button for the flashlight. Also works fine with my Galaxy Watch 4, which liked to randomly disconnect from my last phone.

Overall it's a fantastic phone for the money, much better value than Samsung or OPPO at least in my mind. Everything about it screams "Flagship", and it's amazing that Xiaomi delivered such an awesome phone at such a great price.
