A great phone for the money. I initially was skeptical of this phone, as my workplace have used Samsung Xcover phones previously as we require a ruggedized option, but performance has been lacking.
This phone makes up for all it's predecessors, it performs everything we have thrown at it (And in the repair industry that can be quite a bit), and more.
I've received nothing but compliments from out Technicians as to the improvements since implementing this model...Well Done Samsung!!! A great phone for the money. I upgraded from an XCover5. This is a well priced phone that has all the performance I need and can take the knocks.

Very happy with purchase. Solid almost heavy feel to phone and importantly not slippery to hold.
Replaceable battery (and cheap) was deciding factor as I tend to only replace phones with batteries wear out.
Fast enough and 'Smart Switch' made life easy. Ensure both phones have the latest version though.

I've used Samsung phones for decades, and Xcovers for the last 7 years, but this is the first model I've encountered with baisc but aggrevating Bluetooth issues.
No matter what settings or patches I try, it only connects as audio to my cars bluetooth without me manually doing anything about 50% of the time. Always connects for phone calls.
Extend unlock when connected to Bluetooth also only works about 50% of the time.
My old Xcover had absolutely no issues with either of these basic connections.
Raising a support case with Samsung, hopefully they will release a patch for it soon or I'll have to change brands. I've used Samsung phones for decades, and Xcovers for the last 7 years, but this is the first model I've encountered with baisc but aggrevating Bluetooth issues.

Very pleased with this phone. The camera's are good for daytime and the speaker is a bit better than my last non-waterproof $400 phone. In all, runs fine and the 6GB ram was definitely worth it coming from 4, and it's more waterproof than my last one that died. It has NFC support too, which I don't think was advertised, but it does support it. I've been using it to read and write NXP soft tags for security system. Very pleased with this phone. I bought this phone several months ago. It likes updates. In my experience, when you let an electronic device update, the screen goes blank or the device becomes unusable.
So, I refuse to let it update. If you are watching a video, or using the phone as you wish, it will cut in. It will stop the video and demand that you update it. It will interrupt the tasks you are doing to demand an update. There apparently, is no way to stop this.
