How to Use

Connect ShadowCast 2 Pro to HDMI Source: Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI IN port on the ShadowCast 2 Pro. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI output of your video source (such as a game console or camera).

Connect to TV or Monitor (Optional): If you want to use the passthrough feature, connect an additional HDMI cable from the ShadowCast 2 Pro's HDMI Passthrough port to an HDMI input on your TV or monitor. This will allow you to experience 4K 60Hz with VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and HDR (High Dynamic Range) on your display while capturing your content.

Connect ShadowCast 2 Pro to Displaying Device: Use the USB-C 3.2 cable to connect the USB-C port on the ShadowCast 2 Pro to a USB-C 3.2 or USB-A 3.2 port on your Mac, PC, or tablet.

Important: You need a USB-C 3.2 port to capture 4K60.

Launch Capturing Software: Open the Genki Arcade, Genki Studio, or any other video capturing software that you prefer on your Mac, PC, or tablet. If you have not yet installed any capturing software, download and install the Genki Arcade or Genki Studio from the official Genki website or the software that you have chosen.

Configure Software Settings: In the capturing software, make sure to select ShadowCast 2 Pro as your video capture device. Adjust the capture settings according to your needs, up to 4K 60Hz and HDR 1080p 60Hz, depending on what your video source and capturing device support.

Start Capturing or Streaming: Once everything is set up and configured, you can begin to capture or stream your video content. Use the controls in your capturing software to start, stop, and manage your recordings or live streams. Recommend capturing 4k 60 at 110000kbps or 1080p 60 at 90000kbps for a smooth recording using OBS.

Shipping Security & Insurance

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
