Every time when I need to charge my iPhone, I need to try many times to find the correct way to charge, I’m expecting I put my phone on the charger and it works, but this one I have to try soooo many times to get the right position. Great look and feel to the charger, but very fiddly to place the phone if in a case. My case works with all other contact charging bases, but this one only works half the time - and need to be really careful that it's actually charging - much easier to simply plug in - which negates the use of the product entirely for a phone. I got it in combo with Apple watch, the watch charger is good,

This is a cool product but you have to put your phone EXACTLY in the right spot or it doesn't charge - so you need to make sure it's not anywhere it'll get bumped. Other than that I really love it. Sadly I realised my earbud case doesn't work with it, but that's a me problem not a Mophie problem! This is a tidy little unit, small form factor, plugs in and just goes. fairly fast charging, no problems, faultless performance with the appropriate Apple devices. Good value for money. Works mostly as advertised. Unfortunately the main charging coil was a little difficult to line up with the new manage iPhones but have slowly gotten used to this. Works mostly as advertised.
