Product does all it should and was exceptionally easy to install. I would have given it 5 stars if the dash mount arm was more robust and able to prevent the slight vibration which occurs when driving on some road surfaces. Charges fast however the clip for the air vents isnt very good. Keeps falling out and due to the weight the bracket keeps moving/drooping while driving. This is a really good little unit - well constructed and good quality.

The wireless charging is slow, but that’s not its fault - it’s just how much juice comes in via an older car. Not sure if newer cars provide more juice. It’s enough to maintain a battery level while screen is on, GPS maps is running and Bluetooth sound is on though - so still very good.

Another slight issue - which isn’t its fault - is that with most cars, the accessory power is only on when the car is on. So you can’t get it to open when the car is off. Again, you get in the habit of turning on the car first.

Just got this 2 weeks and works like a charm. So need to see how long it will last. i expect it should last at least 2 yrs, otherwise would be waste of money. another great feature is wireless charging, (depending if ur phone supports it - this feature works well with both samsung / iphone) the mount can hold an iPhone max pro with a cover. with some space left. do check if you have a bigger phone - as samsungs one are larger. Great product. Works as it should. Very convenient. I've mounted it to my dashboard, so far so good.

High quality materials, the automatic opening and closing of phone bracket works well. However, this only works when the cradle has power.

Its very compact & well built for what it does, and comes with both windscreen and vent mounting options. The built-in wireless charging is really handy (it can be switched off) but the best feature is that the mount sees when the phone is near, has a motorised cradle that opens up, then closes gently to hold the phone without being so tight that it presses on the power or volume buttons. The mount does need power (it comes with lighter adapter & cable) so it needs a new habit to remove the phone (just touch a small button on either side) before turning off the car engine! The charger mounts well on the air vent and the swivel angle adjusts easily without being floppy. The 15W car socket adapter lets phone charge even with music playing or map open.

Only tiny drawback is the clamp release button won't work when the car is off, but I've been able to slide my phone out the top without any trouble. I really like this mount, a bit pricey but it is a wireless charger. Really grips on to the phone (I’m using an iPhone 14 pro). Will be buying another Mount for my second car. I really liked the IR detection of the mobile phone which enables the holder to open and close automatically. However, there is no mobile phone, the sensor can have a false positive trigger by your hand. Also, in order for the sensor to be activated, the holder has to be connected to the power slot of the car. If you accidently switched off the car, you can’t remove the mobile until you switch your car again
