I got this to share a mouse and keyboard between my personal PC and work laptop. Works well 95% of the time though occasionally the mouse freezes up or the keyboard will think Capslock is on when its off and vice versa. Its great, only comment is depending on where you place it, it could be better to have the cables out the side or all out the back.

I have a home desktop and a work laptop, but sharing a mouse, keyboard and headset. I was forever switching USB cables until I bought this. Works well, takes a few seconds to switch over some devices, which is more related to the external device than this product, didn't work well with one of my mice, just would not pick it up.
