Kensington K72427 Presenter Expert w/Green Laser & Memory

I'm a little caught between 4 and 5 stars. This is actually the second one of these that I've bought, but I lost the receiver for the first one so now it's just a funny looking plastic thing with no use. I like that this one has a green laser, which feels more easily seen, and I like that the receiver is also a memory stick so I can load my presentations directly on without having to bring a second USB. It does have the ability to use the central mini-stick to move the cursor on the screen, which is a nice gimmick but not something I've actually used and, when I've had a play, it's a little tricky. The only reason I don't go for a straight 5 stars is that it sleeps after what feels like quite a small amount of time so you have to 'wake' it up before advancing a slide (you have to double click and until you get used to this it's easy to move too fast through slides because you're pressing frantically to make sure it's awake). Otherwise, s'all good.

Have had it for a couple weeks now, using it in about four lectures now. Does the job, and has a remarkable number of features for how cheap it is. The one thing I wish it didn't do was how quickly it goes into standby mode, and you have to press buttons to wake it up before pressing again for the next slide to pop through.
