Had experienced display problems with an earlier HP Dock model in a different environment with different HP laptops (included my laptop an others as well) but thought the G4 would be fine. I was wrong, this has the same flicker problem as earlier models. Internet search shows many folk having the same problem, multiple laptops, multiple monitors - the HP station being the common factor. Displays flicker while keeping mouse and window all constant. I can be sharing a monitor on Teams and my audience see no problem, but for me the monitor will be blacking out. However, the purpose of my purchase was for a 3 monitor setup so have to do mixed DP and HDMI as this does not have 3 display ports. So that does not help me, and anyway, even a single monitor has had problems. It is clearly a manufacturing issue with the dock station. No reflection on PBTECH who are great but definitely do not recommend buying this item and I will not be buying an HP docking station again given the problems with other HP docking station models I have experienced.
