Unfortunately, all I can really do with this dock is drive two displays which it does really well. However every other feature is really inconsistent. While not as often, the same happens with the charging and internet, it will drop out for no apparent reason. I had my laptop die on me twice because I didn't realize it wasn't charging, and dropped out of at least 5 video calls because the internet disconnected. It is incredibly frustrating as these are core functions of a docking station, and I've been severely let down. PBTECH did replace the unit under warranty but now at my 3rd unit it is still an ongoing issue, which leads me to believe that it is an inherent flaw with the product, likely a cheap I/O controller. Which is more salt on the wound as the dock is not cheap at all. PS while writing this review I suffered the keyboard freezing 4 times.

Tried it on two laptops and it never connects first time. I have to power cycle it multiple times before it connects. When purchasing this docking station it was recommended by the sales guy. I specifically mentioned that I had 3 monitors and would need HDMI for.
This only has 2 x HDMI and 2 of another video input that doesn't allow for 3 x monitors to be connected. When we returned to the store to ask for a solution we were sold another adapter cable which also does not work.
The idea of the docking station was to eliminate multiple cables having to be plugged into the laptop however we are still having to plug additional screens in.

Runs two screens smoothly without issue. but every now and then keyboard and mouse will stutter and not as often internet will stutter too. Have resorted to just plugging those directly to my laptop which kinda makes this dock pointless. No issues at all. I love that it has multiple inputs, for me this is enough for two external screens with display port, keyboard, mouse, and also space to add an external camera so I don’t need my laptop screen open for meetings. And it connects quickly and seamlessly. No issues at all.
