My mum made the mistake of buying this and i don't blame her, if you're not tech savvy you won't realize what is wrong. Here's what's wrong so you don't make the same mistake as well.
This laptop is using old parts from 2014-2017, but the real kicker is that those parts haven't been manufactured since 2019 at the latest. The CPU for example is an Intel Skylake generation introduced in 2015, and was officially discontinued in 2019.
Yet somehow this laptop has serial codes saying it was manufactured in 2021.

When it comes to laptop parts, its not like they sit on the shelf for anyone to pick, they are usually made to order and the ocassional surplus only last for up to a year in worst case scenarios.
This laptop was most likely manufactured using recycled/salvaged parts from older machines and being passed off as 'new'.
No where in the product page does it disclose it's history so this product is just being disingenuous.
I didn't bother to boot up the laptop as I wanted it return ASAP, but if I were to do some digging I'm sure the serial of the CPU and the motherboard will be silver bullet to confirm my hypothesis as Evoo doesn't show up on the registered OEM list for Intel partners so it is likely they are using the whole motherboard/CPU/RAM assembly from some salvage PC.
The TLDR issue here for non tech people is that the laptop is old, its likely used but being presented as new, it is out of support and any real warranty, not up to date with latest software, and vulnerable to security flaws.
