Overall Product good - could have had some more guidance from salesperson

Happy with the HP Pro book is similar to what we have. We did ask the sales person if we could have everything off our old computer moved across to the new one. He said this is something PB Tech could do but wasn't necessary as it was easy to just follow the install instructions. It didn't end up being that easy and we are having issues with outlook.

Love this laptop! Got all the specs at a really good price. Going up to a 16” screen was a no brainer and the display on this one compared to my laptop is sooooo good. I’m really happy with this laptop and would recommend and buy again.

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
