You simply use a USB cable to connect the print server to your printer's USB port, then use an RJ45 networking cable to connect it to the rest of your network.

Supports LPR network printing and Bonjour Print Services

The printer server supports the Line Printer Remote (LPR) protocol which enables Internet printing. It also supports Bonjour Print Services, making it easier to find and configure printers on your network.

Good value Print server

It worked and has worked since. The documentation was a little weak and the main issue is it required LPR setup for the ports not the normal TCP Printing most use these days. I have a fair amount of experience with Print servers in various forms and this isn't really a device for end users as the other review has indicated. It got me out of a bind networking an HP Plotter that had no network capabilities and their Old Wifi print server wouldn't support modern encryption standards etc.

Good product- poor instructions

Instructions for set up woefully inadequate.
Had to chat with support in Canada and allow remote computer access. None of what they did was mentioned in the instructions or any of their on line manuals or support.
