Great to see these finally available in New Zealand! Have been slowly upgrading the networks I look after with these since the beginning of the year as stock becomes available and they're a huge upgrade over the previous USG 3P I had been using.

Great new management features and site-to-site VPN that max out my 450mbps upload speeds, and it's nice to be able to update firewall rules without a 5+-minute delay.

If you're a bit more of an advance user, or have a small business to support, and the means to purchase your network hardware in individual pieces then you can't go past one of these. I had to wait six months for the stock to arrive but when it did it is the perfect device for a home network. Easy install and now it is up and running basically looks after its self. This router is the best bang for buck for a cloud managed router especially as there are no ongoing subscription costs. You can set up an enterprise level network across multiple different sites and control them all remotely for free.
Great router and as mentioned excellent features. Even better when you pair it with Unifi access points and cameras which of course you can all manage through the single pane of glass. I replaced my Unifi USG-4 Pro with this little box. The install was absolutely painless, and I was able to load my network config from a backup off Cloudkey during the initial setup. I'm starting to learn how to manage my home network and local services. This has been a great tool for having more transparency on the network traffic, including managing VLANs, diagnosing connection issues, and more. Interface is snappy, easy to parse, and flexible. I picked this up last week to replace an ancient computer running opnsense. This was extremely easy to set up and get going on my fibre connection and has performed flawlessly since. I've set up a few vlans for IoT and work devices so I can firewall them from the other devices on the network and it has performed great. It sips a lot less power than my previous device did, and being able to send logs out to an SIEM server is an added bonus.
