I've had this for about 3 months and only managed to get to using it today. Installed crealityscan on my pc and it managed one scan. The software became unresponsive and now loops between "restart" and "upload logs" and then it exits to desktop. Tried it on a second PC and it didn't even get to do a scan. The software wants to restart and upload logs from the outright. I don't know if its a Windows 11 issue but I am not happy with this purchase at all. Nothing on the creality website gives a hint at any possible issue. I tried using it with my iPhone. The quality of the scan leaves much to be desired and it turns my phone into a...view more

This thing is awesome

Brought this to scan my motorcycle frame with the intent of designing and 3d printing a new back end. Completed what I needed within 2 hours of unboxing. Product is well made and presented, the software is easy to use and intuitive, which surprised me. I do have quite a powerful PC and graphics experience which helps.
