Great upgrade

For some reason my K1 Max kept shooting out error codes that there was an issue with the heating element. Turned out, the thermal paste had been missed out during assembly at the factory and the nozzle had fused to the heat sink. They even used RED lock tight on the two screws that hold the assembly in place. If you know, you know. Anyway, I got the old assembly out and put in the new one in, double checking that the thermal paste had been applied first. Chalk and cheese. The heating time is so fast and the cool down also. I thought it was already quick. My prints seem to be coming out a bit better also, but I'm not sure if thats just a...view more

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
