Print Performance & Fabric Compatibility

Optimized for high-resolution printing (up to 720x1800 dpi), this film supports ultra-fine droplet detail and rich color saturation-even on dark garments. Its surface ensures the printed image remains breathable, pleasant to the touch, and durable after washing. Ideal for materials including cotton, polyester, synthetic blends, leather, and canvas. Designs remain vibrant and resistant to fading through 50-100 wash cycles.

Efficient Workflow Design

Integrated side perforations align with the OS1 oven's transport system to enable automatic dithering, drying, and roll stabilization. This reduces misfeeds and interruptions, increasing throughput and reducing manual intervention. The film is hot‑peel compatible-allowing quick removal just 5 to 10 seconds after the heat press without waiting for full cooldown.

Handling & Storage Recommendations

Store the film in a cool, dry place-ideally below 28 °C and under 50 % relative humidity-to preserve quality and prevent damage. Handle rolls gently to avoid creasing or scratching the surface. When opening packaging, use minimal pressure and angle control to protect the film.

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
