Jackson RAC0600 1RU 6 Outlet Horizontal Power Rail

This would be 5 star, but one of the faceplates of the sockets broke off when the FIRST device was plugged into it. There are now fully exposed 230V copper in our server rack.
I cant return as I would need a system outage (which can only be about 30min in the weekend), need to order a new one, then will have to beg PBtech for a full refund of the first one (as I only need one).

Looking at the broken part, it's very thin plastic and just glued onto the face of the metal.
$30-60 power boards (while not 19inch compatible) in our office that have had much rougher handling, are still in great shape and robust.
