Significant upgrades

This was a significant switch upgrade, replacing a US-16-150W. For me, there was a lot to gain in the upgrade. The three key ones being 1/ uplink upgrade from bonded 2x1G to 1x10G, 2/ PoE++ upgrade to support newer PoE devices including cameras and wifi access points, and 3/ 2.5GbE ports that are increasingly being used for wifi AP uplinks to support wifi speeds that can fully utilise fibre max speeds on newer wifi clients.
