Good quality and adjustable

I bought this as a replacement for a 30-year old antistatic strap that had lost its elasticity. This is a good replacement that matches the older strap feature-wise - particularly that it has an adjustable elastic band, so at least you can tighten it as the elasticity loses its strength over time. It's also comfortable to wear, and the clip was strong enough to hold onto the earthed PC case even when stretching the cable to reach tools/components nearby.

Importantly, it does its job discharging static electricity - no hardware problems in the process of a new PC build.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
