The Cashback is not good. Bought copies ready for when my current sudsciptions of Norton run out (later in the years) but when I applied for the Cashback I was told I had to install and activate the product before Norton would honour the Cashback.
Could not see anything in the terms of sale that stated the product had to be installed and activated in order to receive the Cashback. Beware. PB Tech Service good as always.

I have been using Nortons for over 30 years. It has been reliable. The latest edition was sold with a cashback offer. The claims portal failed so an emailed request had to be made. It transpired that the product had to be INSTALLED before the cashback offer date ended. With time on my existing installation at risk of being lost, I had to make a special request for the refund. I like this product, works well and does the job perfectly. However, when it comes to cancelling your subscription Norton offer a month extension for $zero, Trouble is their financial system isn't linked so they billed me immediately, and what a hassle to get to someone who could correct the problem - I spent a day on it!
