PB Family Series 43528 Desktop AI PC

Everything is good about this PC except it is ridiculouslusly shortly of space inside. PBTech Win 11 image is great and PC is very quiet. The wood profile looks great, Minimal noise even though there are 3 x front fans and 1 PSU and 1x rear Fan and 1 x CPU fan. CMOS doesn't show all 3 Front fans speed, but they are all going. Maybe CMOS problem?
The changes from my model appear to be:
Ram downgrade from 32 to 16GB
SSD: downgrade from 1TB to 500 GB. Not sure if you will receive same mobo as me but mine has the new M.2 SSd drives (a bit like Ram to us oldies). 2 different slots so make sure you get a manual or link.
HDD: none installed on my product. Although adding my old 4TB was no problem after removing drive casing and using extra supplied screws. I upgraded because old Desktop was Win10. 6 sec startup from 60 sec
Customer support was okay, but when asked they said I could have a 2.5 SSD added as well as my old HDD but when I asked for the mobo manual, they sent a link as I didn't get one and didn't keep spares (which I assume means they throw them away), oh but they gave me the mobo wrapper!. The new model is the same price I purchased at but maybe try and get old model or bargain for RAM or SSD change.
Case has to be mounted of floor as power button is near bottom of mini case.
Lots of USB ports available, USB-C was handy.
There is a dust filter on bottom and top of case. Youtube video suggested adding a filter in from of 3 x front vertical fans but if you raise from floor I don't think it is necessary.
I don't think PBTech provide enough specs which is why I am adding as much as I can. I'm 68 so here to help those of a similar age.
also they say there is a Display Port but don't provide a cord, I haven't tested my 2nd monitor yet.
