We had some gear shipped form a European country with the wrong power adapters enclosed. Since we cannot ship international pin adapters with new product, we were stuck with a margin-sucking bill to replace them. bought 4 of these for the company and we've been using it to charge iPad. No issues and charges things relatively quickly.
