"It’s a good bulb but the colours (besides red, blue and white) are poor. To get better colour, the brightness needs to be adjusted to below 50%. I used these bulbs with Alexa."

The bulb rapidly flashes during part of the setup

Colour Temperature: RGB / Multi-Colour

This is my first smart bulb. Had it for about 2 months. Got it so I could control my light by Alexa.

This is more of a mood lighting bulb. It's not really bright enough for much else.

Setup is quite disturbing - the bulb rapidly flashes until you get past that stage.

Voice control with Alexa worked great to begin with but now it's less reliable for some reason.

I'd only recommend it if you want it for mood lighting.

It's a good light and does what a light does. Pros: lights up the room. Cons: it can't read my mind.

Useful technology

I actually thought I was purchasing a normal RGB bulb. When I discovered it worked through an app and it was easy to program I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to figure out and lots of features.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
