The 1st one I bought was working for about 2 mins and then it went dark. Tried other plugs and other connectors but no go. Took back the next day and staff did some checks which took about less than 5 mins and got me another one without any hassle or rigger marole. I got myself one for next to the bed and my partner rolled her eyes... Months later she wanted one.. So got a second, fantastic lights, work well without the app aswell.
I have them timed for morning wake up... Great night lights, mood lights for when you're having a "quiet night in"

I was initially skeptical about the brightness and reliability of this product, but boy am I impressed! The brightness is incredible and in no way low by any means. It is diffused so it doesn’t hurt to look directly at the lamp, but it is also bright enough to fill your room easily – we run ours at half brightness and its still more than enough.

The ability to change colours, setup scenes and perform smart actions using Google or Alexa is awesome. I’d highly recommend! Love this lamp, gives great light output, I rarely use the RGB on it but good to have it there. Definitely would be a great present for a wide variety of people. I bought this to wake up to instead of an alarm and so far so good. Can create either very dim or quite bright light. No ability to set a schedule through google home app so have to use the Mi home app which is not a problem. I bought this to wake up to instead of an alarm and so far so good. Love the design and colour of light with an easy to on and off the lights.

Only issue is the Access via App feature as it doesn’t work and need to be restarted multiple times.. Feels bad experience as it had a remote access feature but doesn’t operate smoothly. Love the design and colour of light with an easy to on and off the lights.
