Had trouble getting additional display working with my MacBook Pro, especially if you are trying to get 2 external display to work.

As I have read, the latest M1 chip only supports one external display.
I was lucky to have a spare DisplayLink adapter sitting at home which has a DVI port.

Use the adapter and this cable to hook up to another external display and things work like a charm.

I had an older monitor with only a DVI and VGA interface but needed to connect it to a modern graphics card that only had an HDMI interface.
