The PYO2SATA SATA power splitter cable features a SATA male power connector that connects to a single computer power supply SATA connector, and breaks out into two SATA female power connectors. The SATA power splitter/Y-cable overcomes the limit of the number of SATA drives that can be installed in the system based on available PSU power connections, and eliminates the cost of having to upgrade the power supply to accomodate an additional SATA drive.

Quaility product

Lots of punters on the internet say that using these kinds of splitters is a possible fire risk. I think most of the people that have issues have been using cheapest possible adapter with poor connections. This Startech splitter is a high quality. It's well built, and has a nice solid connection. As long as you don't plug adapter into adapter into adapter you shouldn't have any problems.

Quality product

Very handy if you need a little more cable to connect your SSD drive that's in an awkward location. It's a bonus having two connectors too for another drive.

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
