Have used for a couple of months and appears to be a very robust and good quality cable and at a good price. Easily plugs into my phone with the case on. Do not recommend - constantly disconnects or falls off from my phone's charging port even with small movements. Similar comments by other reviewers.

I gave it up for it constantly disconnects or falls off from my phone's charging port, even with the slightest movement. I though it's my phone's port but when after I tried multiple cables, no problem at all. Firstly, This is an extremely well-made cable, so would receive a solid 4 stars for build quality...

However, this cable WON'T stay fitted to my phone at all. And yes: it IS a USB-C phone. It just falls out. I don't want to damage my phone, so don't want to use excessive force to make it stay. Even if held in place, the connection is not recognised either by my phone or PC.

The USB-C end is not well designed and does not stay as well plugged in as other cables I have used. It's impossible to use on a phone on the car because of this, but maybe ok for an office environment. Bought 4 of these. All have been reliable, delivering quick charging to all of our devices. This is fantastic as we've had compatibility issues with even premium cables, especially with Samsung tablets. Cables are very tough, as advertised. Only weak point is the cable connecting to the plug where on one cable the inner wires have been exposed (still works perfectly, though), but that is a weak point on all cables. Bought 4 of these.
