Both suffer similar software vagaries and rough edges - for example sharing the device with my partner, she can change the camera definition (which isn't a useful configuration for a shared device) but not access actual functionality like turning the spotlight on and off. Similarly there are situations (in the iOS app in this instance) where it is frequently unclear how to navigate backwards from a screen which can be a bit annoying. This is like app design 101, even at this price point is a little disappointing, although it isn't a complete killer, the device is still very usable.

The hardware seems good, although the power adapter supplied in the box this is very short for the application, about maybe 1m long at most. Of course this is easy for me to extend, but it makes it needlessly annoying to set up out of box.

I like that it has 2 cameras and can operate them together or separately. I like the option to speak through it. I have bought Ezviz cameras for years and find them very reliable. I feel the fixed camera isn't that good, as it is so wide, it curves around and everything in the view is too small. Also every time I connect it shows both cameras so if your wifi bandwidth isn't too good, it struggles until you change to mono and select one of the cameras.

Also, it cannot change wifi Access Points very well, so best setup on the one you will use. Also it cant do Wifi6, so you need to be close to your wifi.
