Very pleased with the success I've had detecting the critters demolishing the vege patch.
3MP camera perfectly adequate to identify possum.
Night picture bright for the 4m radius coverage needed.
WiFi works well at 20m from the house, 30m from the router. At the camera location smartphone reports 3 bars.
Motion sensor triggers false positives by rain, wind (leaf movement), cats and night flying bugs but I increased the sensitivity to about 80% rather than the much lower default.
Power supply needs care and RCD protection in this sort of environment.

Camera is good quality and easy to setup.
Software takes a bit of working out and setup. Few recordings of non movement or movement in zones. For price its a good quality Camera with good night vision. Camera is good quality and easy to setup.

I've installed a soffit looking at the front door. Notifications are good, so is setting a schedule for recording. High res mode is obviously the best, and good only go down levels of you really need more space on the SD card for long term records. I've set record without sound and between 7am-6pm full recording, and only when it detects motion overnight. A rough estimate of 3 weeks before it loops and overrides data with the largest SD card. Connection to wifi was easy. I had a little terrible with the SD card format, but that worked when I finally realized to put it in and then turn on the power. Only niggle is it's a little slow to boot up in the app, but that's easily outweighed with the pros. The hardest part was running power, but at least it's done and no need to re-charge batteries.
