Fantastic little box.
Easy to use.

Only downside was the booklet that came with it didn't show how to change regions, had to go online to find that info out.

How to Change the Region Code for Blu-rays
(DVDs do not need changing as the device will play all region DVDs automatically)
1. Close disc tray without a disc.
2. Press setup on the remote.
3. On the menu screen, key in '8520' using the number buttons on the remote.
4. Select the corresponding region on your disc - 1 = Region A, 2 = Region B, 4 = Region C.
5. Exit the menu.

Would definitely recommend buying. Fantastic little box.

Works well, remote is a bit clunky but that doesn’t really matter.

Work well as it is advertised. Can upscale VCDs and low resolution DVDs to better resolution levels. Playing DVDs of all regions is easy and very convenient. This LASER BLU-BD4000 is big improvement over the previous model LASER BLU-BD3000 in respect of very good picture quality and much stronger remote control signals, with good RESUME playback memory. Good player for the price - It is fully multi region, but you have to go into the menu, enter a code, then select another region to play Blu-rays from different region.
The Play FF/RR, etc buttons are very small - it is like they took a Remote and added the Player buttons as an afterthought instead of making a Player Remote. Great player at a great price. Nothing fancy but it plays everything I've thrown at it. On-screen menu is simple and easy to use. I would have paid more for a player with more feautures BUT in NZ the mid price upwards players are almost all zone (4) specific.
