Easily does 200-250 MB/s transfer speed but a couple of things:
1) As someone else said, it runs a bit warm. With no fan on it, it slowly crept up to 50 degrees. Not the worst in the world but if you want a long life make sure there is some airflow going over it.
2) High speed mechanical drive = noise. Expect more noise around, especially if you put it in a PC (like I did) that sits nearby. Not super loud but definitely adds a couple of Decibels to the room. I ended up selling it and went for an SSD instead. Easily does 200-250 MB/s transfer speed but a couple of things:

I bought two base Asustor NAS devices and added 2x 12TByte Seagate IronWolf drives, and 2x 1TByte SSDs, with 2x 500GB NVMe SSDs to provide Network<===>Drive caching and high speed local access supporting offsite cloned support.

The 2x 10Gbit ethernet ports and 2x 2.5Gbit ethernet ports can provide 20Gbit local aggregated support. The CPU is as one would expect for the price point but the 2x 10Gbit ethernet ports are exceptional value.

I already have one of these, which has been excellent, so ordered another to increase my storage. Unfortunately it arrived with a large dent in the side so had to send it back, no doubt due to the flimsy packaging it came in. Not good. I think the title says it all really. It is a great drive for the NAS and it performs exactly as expected. It's been in my server for about a month now and it's stayed silent the whole time, I've had absolutely no problems and it's a great price for its size and caliber.
