Really stoked with the performance of this for the price. I've been trying to lower my bodyfat percentage while losing weight over time and my old scales which are about 4 to 5 years old now, were about $80 at the time with no ability to connect to your phone, these ones as a new model for around $50 I found so much better. While I knew my bodyfat percentage wasn't low, I suspected my old scales were measuring it higher than they were. These scales say they are correlated well with the gold standard DEXA system of measuring bodyfat and they had me at around 7% bodyfat less than my old scales.

Just be aware that it does seem to matter for weight at least, what surface you have it on, whether it be carpet or the floor of your bathroom. Setting it to the bathroom on the app and then weighing yourself on the carpet can show you up to 20kg lighter.
These scales are smaller than my previous, quite compact however I am a size 10 shoe size and I didn't find them too small to be well functioning.

This scale will give you a lot of data accessed through the app. Without the app it gives you weight body fat and heartbeat. I used a xiaomi scale before and was interested if it would be as good as the composition 2 scale. The only down side is that it doesn't sync with the zep life app like the previous scale did as that is also linked to my xiaomi smart watch.
