Very happy with this purchase and it's an outstanding machine, making delicious coffees (and good milk frother also).
Like others have said , it's noisy, but that doesn't bother us - means it's grinding beans properly!
We've been chewing through the beans - not the machine's fault of course - just such delicious coffee and we're noticing we've drunk a LOT since purchasing this machine. It's so easy (and clean) to make them.

The water tank is a good large size (I think 1.8litres) which means you're not having to fill it up all the time.

Top tip: the manual doesn't tell you this but you CAN just do frothy milk (good for kids hot chocolates) if you press the cappaccino button twice in succession. I found this in the depths of YouTube as we were thinking of returning the machine it is wasn't able to do frothy milk only option! It's weird they don't mention this in their manual / or web help pages set up.
