Xiaomi X20 Max Smart Vacuum & Mopping Robot Cleaner & Auto Fill Empty Station

When the robot returns to its dock it parks up but doesnt charge. I looked online and users solution is to go into the app and see that the robot doesnt register as being docked at station, tell it to return to station where it will leave and park again and then it can charge. However another problem that arises is that it doesnt stop charging causing the robot to give an error and start overheating. I’ve been using the Xiaomi X10 Plus and recently purchased the newer X20 Pro after moving into a two-story house. The X10 Plus has been great, but the X20 Pro is truly impressive. It provides powerful suction with noticeably less noise, and despite daily cleaning, I only need to refill the water tank once a week. Highly recommended! I've been using the Xiaomi X20 Max for about three weeks now, and overall, I'm really impressed with its performance. The suction power is excellent — it picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair easily, even from carpeted areas. The mopping feature is also surprisingly good, especially with the hot water mop cleaning and auto-drying system. My floors look much cleaner with minimal effort on my part.

The design has been improved compared to X10+, making it easier to clean. The battery of my previous x10+ broke after a year of use. I hope the new generation will be more durable. The plastic material of the shell feels less solid than that of the X10+. I’m not sure if the difference is caused by the visual change in color.
