This is my fifth different Jabra product and I've had it three weeks. I still find the Jabra Elite 75t to be a better fit, sound quality and all-day wear comfort. The standard caps fit perfectly. The sound from these earbuds is fantastic. the sound app that comes with these allows you to alter the frequency setup, so you can tune it more to your liking. Fits well with 3 different ear tips so not super fitting but Good. Each ear piece three button of easy function but each work independently. So can switch between for long trips. App is also good. Sounds quality and EQ options are at high level but Shake grip technology doesn't work for me at all. Make sure to get the newest firmware update as without the it noise canceling is rubbish

Great Earbuds. Good sound and comfortable fit. ANC is excellent. Only minor complaint would be that the case seems a bit flimsy. The test of time will tell though. Great Earbuds. - Integration with Microsoft Teams (the main reason for my purchase) is not as good as I expected; muting and unmuting does not reflect in the app and others experience echo and drop-outs
- Fit is not good for me; I have to take great care that the front of my ear-channel-entry does not block the mic (on the other hand, they are a good fit for my wife)
- Expensive; Earbuds at half the price offer similar features and sound (EXCEPT the muting/unmuting of the mic)
