Very Good deal for the price. Cable seems to be nice and tough and the earpieces themselves are super comfortable. i have been using them for two weeks and they have not had any problems :)

Pros: Great sound on my iphone/ipod, cheap to buy and love the button that allows you to skip/pause/resume music.

Cons: The voice activation part I wish didn't work as when you lean on the button you end up calling some random person.

The worst of the cons: When pushing the button it is now becoming a game of Russian Roulette on whether you get a deafening ear blasting maximum volume experience or the desired result of pausing. I am unsure if this is actually a feature to enable max volume but I am assuming not and they are actually faulty. The button no longer works at all.

From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
