*When connected to a smartphone with the earbuds' battery level at 100%, the earbuds' volume adjusted to 50%, and audio encoding mode set as AAC, with ANC turned off, playback time can go up to 7h. A listening time of up to 38 hours can be attained when the earbuds and charging case are fully charged. Actual hours of use may vary depending on usage condition, charging level and environmental factors.
*When the charging case has at least 20% charge, "a 10-minute charge provides 2 hours of music playback." Tested with audio encoding set as AAC, the earbuds at 50% volume, and noise cancellation and transparency mode turned off.

Test results showed that the product is in compliance with the IEC 60529:1989+A1:1999+A2:2013, EN 60529:1991+A1:2000+A2:2013 standard. IP54 rating applies to the earbuds themselves, not the earbud charging case. Please do not use your earbuds around hot water, your earbuds cannot be used when bathing or showering. Please try to avoid using your earbuds during strenuous exercise as sweat during exercise may cause damage to the device. This product is splash-proof, water-resistant, and dust-resistant at the time of purchase, however, these properties are not permanent and may diminish over time with everyday wear and tear. Your warranty does not cover damage caused to your device by immersion in liquid.
