Got these to trial this sort of headphone since earbuds always fall out of my ears, and I wear wide-brimmed hats in summer so standard over-ear headphones aren't suitable.

They fit well, stay on when walking and wearing a hat, and the sound is surprisingly good for the price point. Great buy so far. Decent enough sound quality, unbeatable value.

I bought them for exercising and I've been on a couple of runs and had a couple of gym sessions with these and they stay in well and have good enough quality that I can listen to music or podcasts no worries. They sit in my ears snug enough that even running in high winds, I can still hear them which is a bonus. Decent enough sound quality, unbeatable value.
