Bluetooth connection to computer kept cutting out. Ended up just using aux.
The plastic brackets/hinges are so fragile and broke after 3 months with one ear muff left hanging from the wire. I was never rough with the headset yet it still broke.

turns out the audio quality degrades when using mic over bluetooth, making online gaming with friends a miserable experience. Multiple serious issues:
- Bluetooth disconnects every time computer restarts.
- Plastic on the earphone holder bracket is so brittle it got broken in three places after only a few months of careful use.

Good headset but unfortunately lots of people have an issue with the mic just completely not working or being really poor. It is a complete let down that the product does not work straight out of the box. Also there seems to be 0 fix for the issue razer will just tell you to reinstall drivers and restart your pc.
