Great price great purchase

My teen has been through 5 pairs of Apple branded headphones in the last 2 years. These have been amazing quality for its price. They have lasted much longer and will hopefully stay that way!

Keeps Disconnecting

I bought these as a cheap way to listen to music after my over ear headphones broke. When they do work, they work great. But the issues make them basically unusable they constantly disconnect (cutting off the music), randomly blast at full volume or go super quiet, and sometimes make loud static or buzzing noises.

Sure, they were not expensive, but I can’t even get through a full song without something going wrong. You’d think they’d at least work fine for a few months before wearing out, but these problems started on day one. Safe to say, I don’t recommend them.

Gets an extra star because when they work they are ok.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery time-frame (in days) for each product we sell is detailed on the individual product page just to the right of the main product image. From when you place your order, for DHL express delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 2-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for rural areas. For Standard delivery in-stock products typically arrive within 3-7 working days for NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD and SA deliveries and 5-10 working days for WA, TAS and NT.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
