I'm not sure what the bad reviewer did wrong but there is nothing wrong with this product. A new SSD and 2 of these bad boys with breath new life into compatible hardware - just make sure your hardware is compatible first...! I used the Adata memory selector for my dell laptop and got the right part and it all worked great. Laptop is now humming along with double the memory. This RAM works perfectly on my laptop. I installed it along with NETAC Basic DDR3L RAM and it all works well in improving processing speed even in heavily graphics CAD applications.
